1. PURCHASE
It is possible to purchase products from the website www.royalrider.it 24 hours a day.
By clicking on the "Submit Order" button, the customer places an order with Royal Rider Stirrups Italy by DG Plast srl. The order is to be understood, for all intents and purposes, as a contractual proposal by the customer, which Royal Rider Stirrups Italy by DG Plast srl will promptly confirm by sending an email to the email account communicated by the customer.
2. PRICE AND PAYMENTS
The prices of the products published on www.royalrider.it are inclusive of VAT and do not include any taxes, duties, and taxes that may be applicable in the country of destination of the products, where this is different from Italy, which will be borne by the customer.

3. SHIPPING
Shipping cost is €10.00 for orders below €99.99 in Italy.
Shipping cost is €20.00 for orders below €199.99 for foreign countries.

The available shipping methods are shown during the purchase process as they vary based on the type of product, availability, weight, and size of the item.
The packaging of the ordered goods is free of charge; bulky goods will be palletized and fixed in a special way. All products are shipped inside their original packaging (when used by the manufacturer). They are often placed inside a second box with additional shock-absorbing padding (bubble wrap).
Products that exceed 80kg are shipped with vehicles equipped with a hydraulic liftgate. (This service is provided only in case of shipping addresses accessible by medium/large vehicles).
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
We offer a return service if the product you ordered is not to your liking or if it is the wrong size.
The return will not be considered valid if the product has been used. Royal Rider will analyze the product to ensure that it has not been used. If the product has been used, washed, or is dirty or otherwise unsuitable for return, it will not be accepted. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and you can choose the postal or courier service you prefer.
At the moment, we are unable to offer a free or prepaid return service or pickup at our expense. To execute the return, you must follow the instructions on the "Return Form" that you will find inside the package.
The form must be completed in its entirety and inserted into the package. We are not responsible for delays or missed refunds if the information provided is incorrect. Returns sent to our warehouse will be reviewed as soon as possible. We do not guarantee a specific timeframe for when returns will be reviewed, but our staff will take care of them within a few days.
All returned products must be perfectly intact, never used, and not show any signs of wear or dirt. Products that are received in unsuitable conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Royal Rider Stirrups Italy will provide you with a credit usable on the site within 1 month, equal to the amount of your order (of the product, excluding any shipping charges that may have been incurred at the time of order).
